Shipping and Returns


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Thailand and to international customers (will entail custom fees). All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday on Thailand Standard Time (TST), excluding Thai national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders received by TST 09:00 (UTC+7) will be processed within the same day, depending on product availability. Orders received after TST 09:00 (UTC+7) will be processed on the next business day. For wholesale orders, please contact 

Please note there are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to international trade law prohibitions and cases of lost packages. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Deliveries within Thailand will take two (2) to three (3) days, while international shipments will depend on the country of destination. You can email to ask about the status of your shipment or use the tracking number we will issue upon ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to the local postal service and other factors like customs clearance, bad weather, etc. 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Once you’ve completed an order, you will have 15 minutes to check order details and shipping information, after which the order is automatically confirmed by our system. If you missed this 15-minute chance, please contact us as soon as possible on 


Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect an order to another shipping address after we process and ship the package. The only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us so we can ship it again to the correct address or provide you with a refund minus shipping cost. If you would like your order to be shipped again, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges

Can I cancel my order?

Once you place your order, your package will be ready to ship very quickly. We can accept cancellations within 2 hours after payment. After this time, we may only accept cancellations on your order depending on the status of preparation.

What is the cost of shipping for each delivery?

Standard shipping within Thailand is free of charge, while international shipping is dependent on the country of destination. Please note that applicable taxes and duties will be calculated based on your destination address and added to your order. 


International packages are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all applicable fees customs tax, import duties, VAT etc.) must be paid by the recipient. Before placing your order, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office to know more about the local charges. 

How much are the customs fees?

Certain destination countries may charge taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. Clairis is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

How do I have my orders rushed?

Rush orders within Thailand can be sent through delivery services such as Grab or Lalamove. Rush shipping fees will be collected at the destination and shouldered by the customer.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once you complete an order. 


Do you accept returns?

Contact lenses are considered a medical product, therefore we cannot accept return of products due to personal reasons or a change of mind after you’ve accepted the delivery. 

Can I request for an exchange on damaged products?

Clairis always ensures the high quality of its lenses. While uncommon, there are few occasions where a damaged lens slips through our manufacturing process. If you do find a damaged lens, please email us immediately at with a photo of the product, the manufacturing number on the side of the box and, as much as possible, the original receipt. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. 


If you think a blister pack has been tampered with, please do not open the pack or any of the other packs in the box. Contact us at for exchange within seven (7) days from date of purchase receipt. It would be best to provide photographs along with the original receipt. Used and/or opened blisters are excluded from this warranty. 

Will you pay for shipping on exchanges?

Clairis currently does not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. Products for exchange may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit.
